FAQs

Special Expo Booth Registration Update:
Midwest Expo has recently moved its online registration software, and we are currently in the process of setting up a new registration experience. This has, unfortunately, put us a bit behind in registration for the Midwest Expo. Do not be alarmed! Your booth hold is in no danger of expiring due to our delay. We have extended the booth holds indefinitely. We hope to have the online registration up and running by the end of July. We will send out further email information at that time. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any other questions. Don't have a temp booth hold? Don't worry! We will have booth space available for companies that have not pre-registered.

You can find your booth number here: www.midwesttelecomexpo.com/ExhibitFloorLayout.htm. ***The floor layout has NOT yet been updated for 2008***

You
are responsible for return shipping of your own booth equipment. You must make arrangements with your shipping company to pick up your booth equipment at the conclusion of the Expo.

***You will need to package everything up. You may leave it at your booth space, but you must call your shipping representative (whether UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.) and request a pick up. You cannot assume that if someone else requested a pick up that your shipment will be picked up as well.  All items should be out of the convention center by 5pm on Thursday, October 30
